I've only been using this bag for about 3 months now and the stitching along the black top handle and right shoulder strap is starting to unravel. I think a laptop, folder, small diary and bottle of water was too much for one bag. The main pocket zipper was also a bit difficult to unzip due to the stiff fabric above it. I was very happy when I ordered the bag. First time I've bought a laptop bag designed for a laptop since I was in college. The bag looks great. Beautiful dark gray color with durable canvas on the outside. Inside there is a dedicated laptop compartment, two side pockets, a front pocket with easy pockets for pens and accessories. Received this a few days before scheduled delivery which made me very happy. I ordered this backpack as a diaper bag for 2 children. It was one of the few I could find with cup holders on both sides of the bag, love the stretchy part of it and not the annoying drawstring or clasp like some have. The side pockets are surprisingly large - I was concerned about fitting wide bottles/spill-proof cups, but there's plenty of room. (I dare say a large metal size of 32oz or even more would probably fit)
