Enhance Your Space with Evolution Salt's Natural Crystal Himalayan Salt Lamp - 4-6 lbs Review

In the last 2 years I have ordered 4 of these lamps as gifts for friends. I noticed that the bottom of the lamp isn't as well finished as it used to be. Otherwise I was very satisfied and I know my friend will use this as a night light.

I used to buy Evolution salt lamps. This one and its replacement had sharp splinters. Called the Vitamin Shoppe and was told to throw it away and a replacement would be sent. Same problem with exchange. The previous lamp has been smoothed out, there are no fragments.

Received it quickly but when we took it out of the box and used it the on/off switch wouldn't stay on. If you tape it to keep it in place, the light will flicker as you move the cord. Would love to return/replace but if you follow the steps to do so you won't let it

The lamp did not fit properly because the hole was not deep enough. I took a big drill and drilled deeper and now it fits. Also, I accidentally got on my lips and tasted: yes, real (and tasty) salt. (Actually, I don't recommend you try it. It's probably not very hygienic.) Overall it's good, just needs a bit of work to be perfect.

Arrived first defective, lamp switch not working. The seller doesn't accept returns so I had to call Revain customer service. I figured this might be an isolated incident, so I ordered a replacement because I really wanted a salt lamp. The second came and stopped working after 3 days. You can probably replace the bulb, but I can't find a way to swap it out without damaging the bottom plastic piece. Go elsewhere if you need a salt lamp; waste of money!

First of all, this item is non-refundable. So if there is a problem, you need to fix it. I received what I would call a defective item: a very faint white glow...not what you would expect from PINK Himalayan Salt. I contacted Revain and they kindly sent a replacement BUT this one came with no power supply or bulb... I contacted Revain again and received a refund. Finding solution is not guaranteed, so don't waste your energy on this scam.

My lamp arrived, everything was fine at first, but after 5 minutes it stopped working. Then I checked to see if the bulb needed to be tightened. I tried unscrewing the bottom but the screws were rusty and I could only get one out. So I tried just sticking my hand in to adjust the bulb, which ended up breaking the bulb because it was too big for the space it was in. If you just want it off and on the table it's really pretty, but if you want it to be lightweight I don't recommend this purchase.
