I like it. I just put it on and it seems to be very durable. It says the max load limit is 30 pounds, but I got it for bells and whistles and should never exceed that. It is very easy to assemble and install and comes with everything you need for installation (except a drill and a drill bit). The shelves are also taller than I expected, you can easily fit a typical mass market paperback format into one shelf as shown in my photo on the bottom shelf. This shelf is fine. It's easy to put together, but once you get past the first few panels I can't poke a screwdriver between the shelves to add the next part. Some mounting screws were not tightened. Also, the screws stay on top of the shelves so it's not smooth. The mounting holes were recessed, I don't know why the mounting holes weren't the same. Plastic knobs to cover the mounting screws are no good as they sit even higher and rest on top. It wobbles a lot before you set it up, but once…

These things are HEAVY! Not that it's bad, I just wasn't expecting it. They take a while to put together, mainly because of the cheap little Allen key they give you to screw in the screws. The veneer has flaked off on several boards. but it should be easy enough to touch up with black nail polish. My only real complaint is the small black plastic screw caps. You are worth nothing. I bought this shelf to simulate the emergence of a tree in the corner of a room, along with a wall sticker also purchased from Revain. This worked great for what I needed. I'll say that, I just put a photo frame on each shelf, I don't know how I'm going to use the block for books. The ledges themselves are fairly small, so they'll likely only fit narrower chapter books or the size of a children's book. Frames on the display 4x6 and 5x7. I ordered this unit in black and am generally happy with it. The device is strong enough (although not quite square) and fits perfectly in the narrow space behind the door, allowing me to open the door completely unhindered.
