I don't use them for travel. I use them at home to hold my toothbrush. They do well, rather unobtrusively, stick well to the mirror. I leave them partially open with a toothbrush inside (out of laziness) and my toothbrush dries just fine.

I love these things. We took them on a cruise and it was perfect because the molded toothbrushes fit right next to the mirror and there wasn't much room to put our toothbrushes anywhere! We also use them in hotels because they don't put them on the counter when cleaning. I've bought them twice and given two away each time. I love her!

I didn't like these brush cases at all. They didn't fit the neck of my bamboo toothbrush, the suction cups were deformed and didn't work, there were many sharp edges and it was difficult to open. I could see that they work well as a travel case for a standard plastic toothbrush and if you don't want to use the suction cup part. But I wanted it to be used daily on my bathroom mirror. :(
