Bought for Mac Pro Tower

I bought this to upgrade from an old single cable GPU in a 2010 Mac Pro to a much newer GPU that required 2 power cables. That works great.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • I will add later

Exactly what I needed.

Exactly what I need. I couldn't find an option with a mini on one end and it was just what I needed for my 2008 Mac Pro version so I could install a new graphics card.

Works on Mac Pro 5.1 Mid 2010

Works as intended on my Mac Pro 5.1 Mid 2010 to power two AMD WX 7100 workstation graphics cards. It's just a power cord so it doesn't matter what OS I have, I have Mojave 10.14.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Security

GPU Power Cable for Mac Pro 3.1

This cable matches the description. The general build quality is solid. Both plastic plugs fit perfectly and the wire gauge is fine. I would recommend buying if you plan to upgrade your GPU on a powerful Mac g5.

Works perfectly! at Cables and Interconnects

I bought this to replace a Radion 5770 Mac version I got on ebay that was missing for my graphics card. After connecting it to the card, I inserted the card into the Mac Pro 4.1 and it's been working like clockwork so far. This is the second card of its kind in this machine giving me four 32 inch displays in total! The look of this thing amazes everyone who enters the room!

Pros
  • Accessories and Consumables
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

The cables you need for your Mac Pro.

My Mac Pro 2006 1.1 was in dire need of a graphics card upgrade from the 512MB Nvidia. Luckily I stumbled across the Powercolor R9 270x pretty cheap! The only problem was that I had to connect a beast from a Radeon card with additional power connectors, 2x 6-pin. I decided to order this brand and they have worked great for the 6+ months I have been using with just enough length to fit any size card you might have.

Pros
  • Cables and connectors
Cons
  • Can't remember
