I was concerned after reading some of the reviews that said his head fell off on delivery. I haven't had this problem. It arrived in perfect condition and with a bonus charging cable in the box, which I wasn't expecting. I LOVE Tails and have loved her since I was a child. This is a great figure and holds my XB controller perfectly!

This is a high quality controller mount! As with all mass-produced goods, there are slight paint defects, but for the price you can't beat it! Update: August 2020 Everything is still intact and as good as day one. Don't listen to the negative reviews, it's more reliable than it looks. I think they were unlucky to get their controller intact but I'm inclined to think it has to do with the shipping and not the quality of the item.

Great product. He is the spitting image of Tails. Very colorful and not too big even with its two tails. While not overly large, it holds the Xbox One controller very well, but it covers most of his face. He feels very strong. money well spent. It's funny that it comes with a USB cable with two ferrules (a mic and a type-C) that the other two types I bought, Master Chief and Sonic, don't have.

The thing is great. As someone who loves Tails this is a must see. Some controllers may not fit perfectly (like the GameCube controller), but most of the ones I've tried fit pretty well. It's also a great mount for Nintendo Switch. It's also strong enough to hold a Windows Surface tablet, which is a fairly heavy device. I've always been a huge Sonic fan since I was a kid (I'm 33 now) and it's a shame most kids have won these days.
