Supposed to be washable

We had some bath rugs that were very similar to these (bought elsewhere and not this brand) that I loved because I could wash them all the time and they looked new. They had gotten old (5+ years) and had some stains, so I found these on Best Buy and was thrilled when we opened it. The color was bright and they were so squishy soft on our feet! However, my husband got mud on one the first day we had them, so I threw it in the wash. The edges were so frayed when I pulled it out (see picture)…

Wanted it to be better at absorbing

I was looking for a rug that absorb water so floor doesn't get damaged. But was disappointed. I washed by hand and put in dryer to dry. I didn't want it to get damaged in the washing machine and have to deal with that mess.

Nice looking and good value

These look and feel great, especially for the cost. However, if you wash and dry them more than once, the backing separates slightly (even in cold water and medium heat). It’s not too much trouble just to shake them out so they lie flat when I put them back out, but I would have hung them to dry if I had known.

Very nice, but light and easy to kick around

These are very soft. Nice color, and nice sizes. But the bottom doesn't really "stick" to the floor very well. I am used to a better rubber backing on bath mats. I put other mats around them to sandwich them into place, but I would say if you have elderly people using these or someone not so sturdy I would be a little worried that they might not stay in place so well. Great for my needs, but heads up for yours. That is the only reason I dropped them a star.

The correct hue of blue

I was having difficulty finding the correct hue of blue and that problem was solved with this pair of rugs. The rug may be difficult to vacuum or clean with a broom due to its thickness.
