EXtremeRate Transparent Replacement Xbox One Controller Review

Looks really good on my white controller. The controller is brand new but the buttons have become sticky and the faceplate doesn't fit properly after tightening the screws to the max. The screwdriver that came with this product was very small and had no grip. I couldn't tighten the bolts to the maximum after an hour and a half of trying.

Easy installation, reminds me of Nintendo Atomic Purple. Basically, removing the 5 or so screws on the back was a piece of cake. There are plenty of guides to ensure you have the correct model controller for this faceplate and it's easy to do if you need help. The buttons rearranged and snapped onto the new plastic faceplate. I used the original screws but there are new ones in the kit. I didn't get any sticky plastic or rough edges on my hand during gameplay. A good product.

The screw hole was unthreaded. The "fogged" part of the plate is just a thin layer of paint that wears away over time. A thin layer of paint quickly collects sweat and stains from hands. I would like this faceplate to have a blurry texture, like the grinding of the crystal version of this plate sold by the same seller.
