Thought I had both devices but ended up with one battery and two different heads. The eyebrow head works great, but the face head doesn't snap into place to use it. After several cautious tries, the head finally snapped into place. After using the device, the facial head could not be kept on the body because the cap was not put on the facial head. I am not impressed with this product.

The delivery is fast and the packaging is super cute! It comes in a cute pouch and holder, with a second head, charger, brush and everything else packed together. Ready to use, fully charged. The trimmer itself was easy to use and completely pain free! I did what the directions said about moving in circles and it worked great for the upper lip and eyebrow hairs I was trying to tame. There is nothing to see where they were now. Cute, high quality, painless, definitely recommend!

It doesn't work very well. Especially if you put on a big head. The eyebrow attachment works well, but performance drops off very quickly when you put on another attachment. This is my second because the first had no power at all unless he had an attachment to it. To be honest I feel like it's not worth what they charge.
