The niche is intended for laying cement slabs. Even with a spring, this made tiling much more difficult. I will never buy again

Very happy with this product. My shower room now has a built in shelf. The contractor said it was easy to install and very durable.

Made my shower/bath really luxurious. Worked great and my tilers and contractors said it was the only brand they would use now as it took tile so well and had great corners/edges.

Works, don't forget the shelf when standing upright between the posts. It's too tall for a vertical without a shelf. Also note that you have to add resin to the thin set to use this shelf, that's another $20. So I've had a few surprises, but I have a narrow niche. The facility wasn't terrible. The tile wasn't that bad.

I ordered this product because it is larger than most. The instructions instruct the tiler to shade some of the thin sets around the edges. My tiler didn't think it would be even so he broke up the cement board and smoothed the edges. Looks great, works great with a shelf in the top third of the alcove. That way I could put the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the floor and two bottles of soap and one small bottle on the shelf.

My last shower was renovated last year and I'd like to know more about this product then. Save a lot of time as you don't have to cut the cement board, tape the seams, make sure the front bar is at the right angle, etc. Don't worry about the edges leaking, it's very simple, just follow and follow follow the instructions and place the EZ niche** Cover the cement board then use thinner to mix as shown in the pictures. **Make sure you use a premium polymer modified solution. Avoid things that come
