The album is normal. It has a strong chemical smell which doesn't usually bother me when others mention it in reviews but this one is really strong and it almost gave me a headache at first. Now that it's aired a bit, it's a lot more bearable. My big problem is that the plastic comes off the paper easily. It's hard to fill an album and rearrange photos without ripping the plastic off the pages, and I've tried to be gentle with it. It will do for now.

I find these photo albums very valuable. The price is certainly reasonable and the product will last for hundreds. There's no plastic to stick to photos, and the slots hold 4x6 photos fairly well.
