I like that you can use it to search for articles from different sources. It's pretty user friendly once you learn how to navigate through it. I like that it is so easy to upload documents and pictures into factr - you can also use Google Drive or Microsoft Office 365 for cloud storage. It works with my phone too! We are able to easily search our team's files in order to keep track of who has what work done/completed etc. Sometimes we loose some things when trying to add attachments but this could be improved by adding more file types such as pdfs.
