I bought this item because it has detachable sleeves and legs, which is very difficult to find in a baby sleeping bag. When I opened the bag I said: This is not cotton. But let's try, wash and see later. Unfortunately, my suspicions were confirmed after the first wash: It's not cotton, it's polyester at the price of organic cotton. It pulls on the threads and you can tell it's not cotton. Also, my boy gets sweaty and soaked after every use, cotton wouldn't do that. Very disappointed.

It's not very thick but my son wears it sleeveless with long pajamas at a 72-73 degree angle. It serves its purpose well. I bought this for my little girl when she was 17 months old. She is a very tall girl so I bought her an XL size and it fits her perfectly with little room to grow.
