This is my favorite faja compression garment. The length is adjustable, firm but comfortable compression that drops me 2 sizes smaller. I order the xl which fits me fine. I'm 5'10 and 220 lbs.

My surprise was that it came in a Colombian size XL and it was super large for me. I gave it to my mom and it fits perfectly on her.
