I wanted to replace the incandescent bulb on my MagLite 2 D-Cell flashlight with an LED. I also wanted to try using rechargeable (Panasonic) Eneloop batteries. To do this I need to use Eneloop AA batteries with Eneloop AA to D adapter sleeves/housings. It works great with FALANFA P13.5S 3W-3v LED "Bulb"!
