🔴 Farmex/Speeco 47010600 Hay Hook Red 17": The Perfect Hay Hook for Efficient Farming Review

I'm 5'10" with standard arms. This is the perfect size for balancing on a bale of hay or straw. The included 11" is definitely workable, but it's what I use select first. The 11" size is best for tall people, while the 17" size is best for normal height people.

I have used many hay hooks over the years and this is the best of them all. I wanted a long version for a unique purpose. Have a large number of vines including poison ivy growing on the bark of trees. Can use this hook to pull the vine away from the tree far enough to cut it without touching the leaves or trunk.

This hay hook is amazing. I've never used it in my life, but this allows me to push it in and drag it across the floor with no effort. Also, you can twist the rope with it and it breaks; so in general feeding the cattle has become a very easy thing compared to what i used to do! Super high quality and the bright red color won't let you get lost in the hay bales!

Unfortunately nobody sells hay hooks or other livestock products in Alaska. So I searched and accidentally found something here and I was NOT disappointed. It's not an easy task, in fact I prefer it to other people I've used in the past. We use them for 55-75 lb square bales, we bought 11" and 17". Be sure to go for the longest length, as we forgot that the handle takes up some of the length, so we're basically just using 17" instead of 11". A solid purchase that I would recommend to anyone…

The Farmex hay hook is definitely made of high quality materials and is very durable. I had no idea how convenient it would be until we got it.
