I've been looking for a bread box for a long time, when I saw it on Amazon I thought it was perfect. It looks great in my kitchen. All I had to do was tape the handle to the bread bin, which she kept pulling out. Otherwise it looks great and is well made.

Nice looking and bigger than I expected but it is shaky. I added extra padding under one of the corners to keep it flush. I also have a stain or polish smell so I let it air out a few days before use. For the money I would have expected a much better finish.

Box received well packaged, well packaged and cared for inside. When I opened the package from the bread box, I found that the handle was barely squeezed and the front metal plate was dangling inside the bread box. The door didn't match the front and the paint was sprayed on the areas that were completely missing. There is no craftsmanship or quality control here. So disappointed.

Not only does this bread bin give our kitchen a rustic look and go well with our countertop, but the wide but shallow bin helps us clear all the baked goods off the counter, leaving some bread behind in the process. our beautiful granite show. The bread bin is well made but the handle pulled out when the door was first opened. Turns out it was never glued. Second, I would prefer the star to be centered with a dot in the middle, rather than off-center. (But that's how it's portrayed, and I should have noticed).
