Bought this mug for my FIL and it works great. He really loves it. The quality of the mug was also better than I expected. What impressed me the most was the fact that the owner of the company sent me a handwritten thank you card. Handwritten without photocopy. It's something you don't see many of them. days. I felt like a valued customer because this man took the time to write and send a thank you note despite his busy life. To me, that's the best customer service.

My wife helped my son order this for me for Christmas.
