This is just the watch I need for my metal sensitive skin. But the battery died after about a week. I wanted to replace it because I have the tools for it and I haven't been able to remove the last screw in my life. Very frustrated and disappointed in having returned MANY watches to be correct, comfortable and legible. Now I have to exchange this.

I ordered "color-1" in a small size. The watch is very cute, even my husband commented on it when he saw it. I had to remove three links to make it usable and yes it is as difficult or even more difficult than the reviews mentioned. Enter my trusty watch repair kit (previously purchased from Revain and worth every penny), but I even had to pull heavy tools from my husband's toolbox to get the pins out. For this reason I have downgraded the gift table to 3 stars and the overall rating to 4.

I bought this watch to replace another wooden watch I had for several years. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this watch as all the watches (all the links) are also made from bamboo. As a side note, you will likely need to adjust this watch by removing some of the links, which can be a little tricky, but it pays to have a watch that fits well. Very cool and unique watch. But beware: changing the size of the strap is very difficult. The instructions for this are bad pictograms. At first glance you might think it looks like the small telescoping pins found in a typical metal link bracelet. no These are pins with a slight point on one end to help grip the wood in the hole. You have to use tremendous force to push them out (with the little tool provided). My wife couldn't do that. I was sure I would break the watch. In fact, part of the…
