The handrail is very strong, well made and securely attached. The articulated mount feels light but is well made. The lever moves to lock it, or by raising/lowering you can easily change the mounting position. Nice feature. I just redid 3 bathrooms. Bought 3 of these. In the master bathroom I used one of these in combination with a fixed shower head and a shower valve with a built in diverter. Really disappointed with the water usage. According to the product description, the stream is "extremely strong". The spray on the device I received is so weak it doesn't even reach my body unless I hold it directly over my head. Some spray settings don't work at all.
