I have a camera with mini USB connector, Canon T3i. The gimbal comes with a micro usb cable to connect to the camera, won't connect to mine. I will not spend $700 on a new Wi-Fi/Bluetooth camera just to connect to this device. So far this stabilizer is pretty much useless without the right cable to connect it to my camera.

I like the gimbal but I didn't get the hard case or white gloves as pictured. It's a bait and switch tactic. This is the second time this kind of nonsense has happened to me and it makes me wary of using Revain again. Whoever is selling this should be ashamed. At the time of this review, this was reflected on the website, so it was not an error, it was intentional.

I was really looking for a stabilizer that can work with heavier lenses for my Sony A7iii. My dream rig has always been an a7iii with a huge Sigma 14mm f/1.8 lens that alone weighs 2.6 pounds and is very front heavy.
