Fellowes Platinum Adjustable Monitor 8042501 Review

This is my third Fellows monitor mount. The first two are the two-handed version, which worked great. The problem with the three-armed version, however, is that the center arm is only about 4 inches long, meaning the monitor is close to the stand. This is a BIG problem if you're using a clamp and have a wide table, as the monitor is wider than an arm's length, which is unusable at that distance. It would be better if the second hand looked more like the other two hands.

It was just what I needed to update my home office! I needed to downsize my desk but wanted to keep 3 monitors. It was easy to install and it works great! I tried using it with my 27 inch iMac but it didn't work. Although I don't think it has anything to do with the mount. I had to order my own connection for my iMac, but the monitor tilts down too far when mounted on the arm. Thought I bought a very good monitor mount that allows you to use them side to side or stack them on top of each other but I moved the monitor up to install folded displays after I wanted to side-by-side it about a month later.
