The adapter works seamlessly to adapt my female headphones to my MP3 player. Through trial and error, I found that the sound is balanced and the audio quality is great. It's also portable and easy to use .The only downside is that IT can be slightly finicky to initially line up the adapter with the headphone jack. Wow. What an experience just unpacking an audio adapter cable. I was only able to take a YouTube video while unpacking - a plain white cardboard box revealed a beautiful inner tin box with a clear partial window into the tin, removing the tin lid revealed the inside which was covered all around with foam, title papers and an anti-static bag.
