I bought this makeup mirror and when I received it it didn't turn on so I sent it back and got a second one and now it doesn't turn on. I never used the second one because we left the city and went somewhere more remote during the coronavirus. I've now gone back and set it, it glowed once and won't flare up again.

I like almost everything about this mirror. The rose gold color looks gorgeous, great lighting! Good organizer for my cosmetics! Bluetooth to take calls and listen to music while I style my hair! Easy charging! But. The connection between the mirror and the stand is strong enough for normal use, but if you have kids who enjoy playing with your stuff, you can imagine the rest. Love it!

Working for a week and then all of a sudden the light started dimming by itself, now it won't come on at all? The mechanism on the back that allows it to be tilted hasn't worked since I opened it, but I was so excited to use it that I decided to ignore the issue. Now I wish I could return it immediately! It would be a great product if it worked as advertised :( very disappointing :(

While the woman LOVES both mirrors, although I'll discuss the smaller pink one. Pink was the one she wanted, but I knew she would definitely appreciate a bigger one with more daylight. The smaller one is very sturdy, lots of magnifying mirrors and portability were its strengths. She, like most modern women, has a penchant for certain makeup colors, and these different levels of magnification help to be very specific. No problems so far, I will update if they arise.

What I like: Good size mirror. Has several different magnifying mirrors. There are speakers that I can connect my phone to via Bluetooth and listen to music. rechargeable battery so I don't have to cling to the cord. What I don't like: The light on this mirror isn't very bright. However, I just move to a very well-lit part of my house and do my makeup there. However, I bought these so I wouldn't have to look for a well-lit spot. Pretty disappointed with it.

As you can see from the picture the buttons on this mirror have fallen through. I bought this for my daughter's 17th birthday over 2 months ago. In the summer it wasn't, and today I decided to charge it. And it happened. Well I just read that I can't return it since June 7th. I'm so angry right now. Do not buy from this company! Now I'm stuck with a backlit mirror that doesn't light up. I give 0 stars!

I bought this mirror for my birthday as tomorrow is April 11th and I just love it! It's very bright and just the perfect size, and it's so easy to take your pet and go for a walk together! Haven't tried the Bluetooth feature yet, but I'm so excited! I go to a lot of shows/festivals so this is perfect for travel.

Sorry, does not charge. I left it charging overnight and unfortunately it didn't charge. The little light was red and when I connected it to my phone in the morning it was only 10% charged. He died within minutes. The touchpad for light works 50/50. It either works when you touch it, or it doesn't work at all. The light will dim for a few minutes instead of staying at full brightness like you set it to. I'm assuming it's because it's not charging. I've only used it twice since purchasing it…
