Automatic Siphon Clamp For Home Brewing And Winemaking

Is It Worth The Money? hardly. Doesn't grip as tight as it should. falls off the edge of the lip fairly easily. The only good thing I found was hanging to dry.

it works great. The neck of the siphon is held securely.

For what this clip was designed to do, it does an excellent job. The neck of the siphon is securely held by the clamp, and the clamp will not slip or slide along the bucket. As some reviewers have pointed out, a point of contact between the bucket and clamp can cause the floor to move slightly, but once in place it shouldn't move. Definitely worth it for the price if you use an automatic siphon.

Good for the Price: Home Brewing & Winemaking

I use a clamp every time I use an auto siphon. I like that I can control the depth (to an extent) as long as the siphon stays in place. For the most part, I can adjust the height of the siphon and it will hold if it can rest on something at the siphon, such as a bucket. B. a closet. I own/use about 25 5 gallon buckets and they are loose (hence the need to lean them against something when draining). Maybe the larger hole at the top of the clamp is better for a bottle than a bucket? I think the…
