I received another case in the mail and thought it was sent to me by mistake because the first case I received was excellent. Luckily I didn't have the sleep/wake issues with the lid that many others had and I really enjoyed having the lid, especially with the pen holder. I have great respect for a company that ships new cases to everyone, not just the ones that were defective, and will definitely buy from them again in the future!

The company sent me an upgraded case for free just because the sleep/wake function wasn't working properly for the iPad Air 4 model. I really wondered why It didn't work that way, so I accepted it anyway. It's so touching and amazing that they just sent me the item without informing me even though I didn't complain. Overall great customer service!

in terms of durability i wouldn't say it's the best protection but i mean its still there. I've had it for 4 months now, no dents, no scratches, no stains. still looks great. it got a little cheap like plastic, but that's to be expected at its price. but it's not the worst case of cases ever. you probably won't mind. and in terms of aesthetics. When I bought this case it didn't have a wake up/sleep function when opening and closing the case. I was willing to just live with it, but Finty sent me an upgraded replacement case for free and I didn't ask for it. These types of cases are my favorites and I've never had any issues with them. Feel free to buy one. The price is great. I wish it was a bit thicker, but overall it's a great case.
