Bought for my daughter. She was due for surgery and we were told we could bring a night light or something to make her feel at home. I found it and she loves it. It has a few musical options and lights. It would be nice too

The projection distance on the product is pretty decent but the video on the website gives the impression that you can make the stars move or rotate. You are not. They just shine on the ceiling. My son is now 6 months old but he is not too interested in it.

Purchased after realizing my child would watch my fingers projected on the ceiling after leaving a flashlight on my phone. The product works fine, but the projection only stays on for 2-3 minutes. Not long enough to calm the baby. The sounds stay longer. Overall I am disappointed and if I can get the box out of the trash I will be sending it back.

During his nightly fight before bed, my son has thrown this little hippopotamus many times (it even hit the wall a couple of times) and yet surprisingly it keeps moving! We've had it for at least 2 years but we took a second one in case it broke. The light is bright enough that I can turn off the light in the room and read bedtime stories. My son sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night, turns on the music and lights, and then goes back to sleep. This little hippo is just amazing.
