Not an official Fitbit, but does what it's supposed to.

I didn't know it was fake when I bought it but I'm happy to report it seems to be holding up well. Just not as tight a grip as the official one which means it's easier to put on but I do check a lot throughout the day to make sure I still have it.

poor design for exercise and fitness

These little clamps are very disappointing. They look exactly like the ones that came with my Fitbit, but they don't last as long as the original clip. In no time at all - after just a few weeks of daily use - the metal part penetrated through the plastic silicone. I think the design is bad. You should have designed a clip that you press to open (like a clothespin) rather than having to pry the two opposing pieces of the clip apart with your fingers. Good replacement option

I got these after using two different Fitbit zip clips where the metal pin broke through the rubber. Their advantage is that nothing breaks after a few months of use. The use of a holding magnet is very useful. I carry mine in my jeans pocket and it's holding up pretty well. It came off a few times but less than the original clip. And when it comes loose, it falls into my pocket, unlike the original, which could snag on things like a seat belt and disappear before I even knew it. The downside…
