As advertised, does not slip on long runs (>20 miles). The attached number belt is a bonus. The pocket is small for a cell phone (minus compared to some of the more elastic straps), and a vertical side pocket would be more useful (valuable items can slip out due to gravity when walking if you're rough with pockets and straps). dont look)

Moisture and water resistant. Plenty of space for large cell phones. Pretty comfortable, although tends to slip a bit when running. Cargo Gel Slots: Be careful. The ones that hold them horizontally are wider and if you only use those slots the gel tends to fall off and then you lose them. So only use them when those holding the gel up are already full.

The construction is great and has everything I wanted, but it doesn't stay in place and I've tried several different positions with no success. Constantly rises or falls when too low. Water bottles make it even heavier and more prone to falling. I wanted to like it, but it's too much effort to fix it while running. Unfortunately, my return period has expired and I cannot return it. This strap has no "grip points" to help it stay in place.

This is the best racing harness I have ever had and I have tried at least 2-3 others. I ran it in the 2014 Boston Marathon and also used it for my 50 mile run. The nice features are that the opening is in the front so you can easily grab food or whatever and the bib holder works well and doesn't get in the way of the many easy to access gel loops. I love this running belt. I think it fits well and it feels very secure. I had a little trouble pulling it up, but once I tightened the strap that problem went away and I didn't feel like it was too tight around my waist.
