I liked the bag but the strap fell off after 3 months of use. I contacted Fjällräven and sent photos with proof of purchase. I sent it back for repair. They said it might take 3 to 6 weeks but it was returned after 1 week. Great bag, even better service!

Perfect size since Covid hit and our daughter has to carry EVERYTHING (no lockers) to high school. Fits your laptop and everything. Great place for your cell phone. The method is solid. The zippers are premium quality and open enough to quickly get things like hand sanitizer, mask and phone in and out. I was really hesitant because of the price, but I would have exchanged a $30 backpack a few times already. Bags are all available.

I use this backpack for school and although it's expensive I still really like it. It holds dust and dirt better than my old gray Kanken, but from the first day of use there was a mark of something on the front which is a bit annoying. It's wide enough to fit a binder inside, so you can't use water bottle holders on the sides of the binder in a bag because the actual fabric of the holders doesn't stretch.
