When my 2.5 year old started toilet training we bought two packs of these size 3T pants to have spare pants wherever we need them. They fit great, the fabric is durable and they're damn versatile. We didn't really need any of these as emergency pants, but since they go with everything, she wears them all the time. My child is 36 inches tall and about 32 pounds but with short legs. really matter if they are a little long?

My 18 month old wears 2T from almost every brand - Walmart, Cat&Jack, Carter's, Children's Place etc so I ordered a size 2T in Black/White/Red (see description). says red, but they're more of a light pink). UPDATE: I can't even describe how cool I am. My kid starts school next week and we bought TWO of these leggings because they were great the first time (soft material, perfect fit). They sent us two sets of HORRIBLE pants, completely different, different fabrics (rough, faded, split seams) and completely different cuts (baggy and long).
