While the outer shell is made of durable fabric and the stitching is strong, the padded inner pocket is very poorly made. The fabric is thin but seems ok. The worst is sewing the inner bat. Although it has two zippers on top of each other to prevent spillage of the filler, in just three months of use the fabric has torn at the seams in no fewer than three places. I bought this for my daughter's room when we were remodeling. It looks adorable and fits her (she is 8) or even me and I am 5ft 9in tall. The color is the perfect bubblegum pink. to fluff it up and move a lot before stepping in, but it does its job. With these bags, I noticed balls of foam coming out of both bags. I opened the outer zipper flap which was supposed to open with a key which I didn't get, so I used a small screwdriver to pry open the lock.
