I have a medium sized American head and this only works if it's in the last two holes, or even just the last hole if I have long hair. In addition, this is a very ordinary standard quality trucker hat.

I bought these to set up for my Pokemon sons birthday! Definitely NOT suitable for youth sizes but everyone loved their hats anyway. I found them cheaper elsewhere but delivery took longer. So I got them on Revain. The price difference was $3!

This cap is too tight for my 23" 2 button head. It fits well with only 1 button closure (maximum size adjustment) but then the back tab flexes and is not a stable closure. I will replace the plastic clip with an elastic band when I find the right color and size.

We used a paper press print and the hat has come out fantastic and fits well and although my husband hasn't worn it in a couple of years it has recently returned to his rotation. update: the cord edge has come loose and now the head of foam is sticking out like the top of a roll. They're pretty cheap; I might order more, but not if I find a flat-nosed trucker somewhere else.
