I bought strength 3.00. They are very well made and crystal clear. The "sweet spot" where the border is enlarged is wide enough to read my iPad mini from edge to edge. The lens is slightly larger than most over-the-counter reading glasses and is considered wide. They are heavy, the higher the magnification the thicker the lens unless high refractive index plastic is used which would be very expensive.
