Literally the embodiment of perfection. I bought this for my daughter's first birthday and based on the reviews and photos from the reviewers I can't tell you how happy I was with it. I used other reviews to determine what size I would take for my daughter who is now 11 months and a size smaller. Well given the length lol. These dresses are amazing! I would like to give 10 stars. The color and quality are exactly the same as the picture, and the skirt is nice and fluffy, not only does it sag but it billows naturally like the picture.
