I ordered size 8.5 and then realized that for some years 'gravity' has been crushing my legs making them bigger. I have always loved and only wear Florsheim shoes. This pair looked good and fit well. However, after less than 6 months, use the front sole on both shoes separately from the shoes every other day. I contacted Florhseim and the company sent me a gift card to replace the faulty shoes. Although I was disappointed with the poor quality of this particular pair of shoes, I am happy with how Florsheim handled my complaint.
