The buckle is of poor quality.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the buckle. The chrome color wears off in less than a month. The rest of the belt is fine.

Great belt. I've had him for over a year now.

Great belt. I've been using it for over a year and wear it to work every day. It still looks like new! Faux leather straps wear out after 6-12 months. Definitely worth the extra money as I would have bought 2 or 3 of these already. In addition, the leather is very thin and light compared to glued leather.

2 year old buckle suits me

The buckle failed in less than 2 years. Call me crazy but when I pay $70 for a belt I expect it (all parts) to last longer. Finding a replacement buckle was a nightmare!

With the correct waste size, the tape is longer than most other tapes. I had to return the first one and the second was even longer than I wanted.

Fantastic item: Belt

You get what you pay for. FULL GRAIN leather. This is not a trick to make you think you get it. The quality even shows how the buckle moves. Fantastic product.

The buckle broke in less than a year. Although the skin is excellent.

Well I've had this belt for four years now and it's still in great condition. Leather definitely deserves FIVE STARS. However, the buckle is not everything. Mine broke in less than a year. The part that rotates the latch. Luckily you can remove two screws and it comes loose. I went to a hardware store and found a "cheap" belt with a similar (but sturdy) buckle that I unscrewed. and wrap FlΓΆrsheim on my beautiful skin.  I can see that this belt lasts another 2 years.
