Ordered a size 9-10 for my 9 1/2 year old girl, average size with some baby fat/meat on the bones and it fits perfectly. I was able to steam iron both the silky underlayer and the tulle layers on a medium setting - no problem! Very satisfied and it feels like a good quality.

Of the many dresses we bought for Junior Cotillion this was our favorite. It was such a bright color for the leprechaun dance. My daughter is ten years old and above average, but by no means the tallest in her class. She is about 4 feet 11 inches and very thin. The dress had enough room for a medium weight child, but personally I wouldn't like it to be any shorter. The flower is attached to a pin, it's fine to wear without, but there is a thread sewn in where the flower should be attached.

In short, the measurements on the chart. And what should be flowers looks like it's fused with the dress. I can't even tell what it is. It just looks like white spots from bugs! So disappointed in this dress. My daughter is 4 years old and this does not suit her age or height or size. But she still wanted to wear it, but in fact she was cut far away, but up close it was very bad. But most of all she loved him.
