That's great. comfortable

Great fit. comfortable, rest close to the face. I wore them on the bow of a boat going at 25 miles an hour and in a cold wind and my eyes couldn't feel the wind. Polarized lenses work as advertised. I have a big head and wore them 12 hours a day fishing and they were very comfortable. I've tried several pairs of sunglasses under $75 and ended up loving these $18 glasses. the lenses are not mirrored, which would be nice, but the price is great.

Pros
  • Polycarbonate frame
Cons
  • Almost everything right

For the price it's what you need for fishing.

I bought these after finding a review online about the 'best fishing goggles' for Canadian fishing. I came back from this trip and quickly ordered 3 more sets. They worked great, looked amazing, were comfortable and have held up really well! Do they last as long as expensive fishing goggles? I do not know. That's why I bought more. I bought hard cases to store them until I need them. For the price you get great quality and you can buy a lot of them for what you pay for just one of these…

Great lens but uncomfortable when used with earmuffs

I bought them as goggles for mowing, weeding or chopping wood. I am very impressed with the lenses and the polarization effect. I'm tempted to use them as sunglasses. The problem with using them as glasses (and the reason I don't give them 5 stars) is that when I wear earmuffs the earmuff presses into my head and after about 30 minutes it starts to hurt. I've tried wearing earbuds instead of headphones, but the earbuds won't stay in your ears for more than 10 minutes without having to put them…

Well made, durable, real value

I have purchased the bronze frame/copper lens of this product 3 times. I wear them to company, a family member likes them and I borrow them all day and they sell. I'm not trying to sell this product, I really like it. In bright sunlight, copper lenses allow you to see through any glare. I fish, boat and ski and have perfect vision. They fit my big head perfectly and I don't need anything to keep them from falling off. Molded nose pads prevent parts from breaking in the event of an impact. They…

Pros
  • cellulose triacetate lens
Cons
  • Can be damaged

Don't last in sunglasses

The glasses part seems to be somewhat scratch-resistant. I could wear them to work and fool bosses into thinking they're real Z87 safety goggles. I wore them for a few months and didn't scratch. Red-brown lenses work well in low sunlight. However, as the sun nears its peak, I have to switch to darker shades. The rubber around the nose and temples of the glasses came loose. Now these glasses can no longer be worn. The temples of the glasses rested on the side of my head.

Pros
  • FROM FISHERS, FOR FISHERS. Get the most out of your outdoor activities with sunglasses that were developed and field-tested in the Florida Keys. They offer unmatched comfort, transparency and performance both on and off the water and for any outdoor sport or hobby.
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen

Great for golf but needs a case!

After doing a little research on which colored lenses are best for golfing, I bought the Flying Fisherman Buchanan Polarized Copper Lens Sunglasses as a gift for my husband. He found them very comfortable, non-slip and flattered his (oval) face. They weren't so dark that he couldn't see subtle color contrasts and he had no trouble keeping his eyes on the ball, but he didn't have to blink because they were highly polarized and did their job well enough without letting in a lot of light…

Pros
  • Scratch Resistant Coating
Cons
  • Weak Set

Great lens quality!

These glasses are phenomenal for the price. The quality of these polarized lenses is exceptional, offering the user a clear and sharp image. Since I'm sensitive to light, I always buy polarized lenses when I buy glasses. I usually limit myself to $35 max for a decent pair of glasses and expect a pair to last a year or two with daily use. From my recent purchases (5+ years or so) these are by far the best in terms of lens quality. However, I gave the glasses four stars because the nose piece…

So good I bought a second pair

Love these glasses. I liked them so much I bought a second pair. Of the MANY pairs of sunglasses I've had, these are the best for driving. Immediate contrast improvement. Some flaws. The frames for these sunglasses are terrible. unattractive. Bad fit. Unfavorable. They keep making weird creaking noises. One day even both lenses popped out. But lenses. Wow. It's the right shade of brown. polarized. super clear. Not for beachwear, lenses let in too much light. But for the 98% of the time you're…

Pros
  • Lens height: 38 millimeters
Cons
  • Something different

It has been 3 years since I bought these affordable Flying Fisherman sunglasses. I secretly love trying a new style every time an old pair gets lost or broken or I get bored - I don't spend $100 on sunglasses. These things are bestial and I'll tell you why. Of all the Flying Fishermans I've bought, these outperformed the competition because my hubs ran in crazy conditions during our 3,200 mile trip over Christmas. The nights were the worst. The streaks of the wipers didn't help, and on the…
