Extremely stiff and durable.

The pole itself is supplied separately without a stand. Supplied with 3 adjustable points with threaded screws. There are also 2 screws on each end for anything you might need for a total of 5 possible attachments. Very durable and strong, will withstand many uses, would recommend if you want something that will last you a long time.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Functionality

Not durable at all: Camera and photo

I had high hopes for that. Unfortunately, the mount for a DSLR or even a kit lens is not very stable. It kept rocking, and the more you twisted it, the less secure it became, not tighter. I ended up buying another brand. If you're a professional photographer shooting on location this won't work, but oh well.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

excellent camera mount

I use it with a 10 inch monitor on one side and a mirrorless camera on the other. Hill under the tube node of my telescope. Makes it easy to focus on the stars before shooting hundreds of shots. Veil Nebula. Andromedae. Pelican. M8 / area M20. I had to deburr the 3/8" female threads (I used a 3/8-16 tap) to allow the unit to mount easily onto the mounting block head. Simple solution!

Pros
  • good workmanship
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Useful photo accessories

Looks solid and reliable. Easily adjustable to different positions. I use it to mount my binoculars and camera on the same tripod and also to mount electronic flashes. The manufacturer should add a version with mounting screws !/4", not 3/8". Includes a pair of 1/4" adapters. I use quick release adapter plates that fit 3/8" bolts.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • There are problems

Hesitant, but with $0.25 washers from Home Depot, problem solved!

This is a really high quality product but as other reviews have mentioned the screws mentioned are 3/8" and will not fit standard 1/4" connectors on cameras etc ..It comes with two 3/8" female to 1/4" male adapters, but when you put it on, the whole mount still wobbles. But I found a solution. Get some 3/8" zinc fender washers from Home Depot for $0.25 each and put them on a 3/8" bolt, then thread the adapter onto the washer. Secures fasteners and fixes the problem.

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

Exactly what I needed.

I've been looking at this article for a long time, then projects have crashed - where I really needed it, and it works great. This extension is strong enough to be used with my heavy tripod, ball head, camera and lens and use a counterweight. The other two adjustable camera mounts can be removed or attached to the other end to be used as a counterweight. This does not apply to lightweight tripods or lightweight tripods. The end brackets have 3 set screws, one of which came out, so I put a small
