I'm sure this mount will work well in some situations. When trying to install it on the seat post.

Build quality is top notch, albeit heavy. I'm sure this mount will work well in some situations. I had a few issues trying to install it on my Synapse seatpost: the seatpost diameter is only 25.4mm and the clamp was fully tightened but still slightly loose. I fixed this by wrapping a few turns of duct tape around the seatpost. But the problem is that I couldn't get it into a position where the wing nut would touch the inside of my thigh. Pulling my bag out on the seat probably would have…

Loose, hollowed out and demanding you to solve their problems.

Honestly, I expected more. It's not worth the price. Why? We'll, since his job is to keep the camera steady, it failed. My GoPro Clip mount fits and snaps into place and then is able to rock back and forth with ease. Two words, great product! It exceeded my expectations twice!

I was looking for a way to shoot with a GoPro while mountain biking or road biking and was a bit skeptical about handlebar/seat mounts as most mount reviews complained about constant vibration and video shake. Another problem was that the supposedly more secure mounts only fit larger handlebar diameters, not the smaller ones that most bikes have. Only 6 or 7 reviews so far.
