Waste piece fits accessory

Tried - AGAIN - to get it to work but didn't work. I have emailed the company because they are no longer receiving volume 2, this is the only volume I need. They said they don't know where I got their email address from because they didn't sell it to me. Well I got it from the manual. It's way too expensive not to work. But since I only need it when I'm out with my van, it's too late to go back. But I'll definitely try. Save yourself the headache. Skip these.

DO NOT BUY THIS CRASH!

If this transaction, my first and last with Fourseas, is any indicator, then this product and your company are rubbish. The booster was broken right out of the box and the technical support was NULL. My cellular signal has actually changed from 1-2 bars from 4G LTE to 3G. I will say it again. my signal dropped to three GEE! Not possible - not at all.

Wow, what a waste of time. Setting up these things isn't exactly easy, so it would be nice if it did at least one of the things it's advertised to do. I usually pack them well when I send them back, but I think I can just put all that crap back in the box and let them sort that out because they spend so much time setting up a product that doesn't work.
