11704 Ceramic Mason Jar by Fox Run Review

I bought this to store kosher salt on the counter next to my stove, not in a traditional shaker It's a lot nicer than having to fetch a big box from the cupboard every time, otherwise my husband always left out the small steel molds with salt out of convenience, which always ended up tipping over and making a mess. A very cute one and practical alternative.It looks and feels vintage and has a nice color.

Bought this to store salt. He keeps the salt. I love its color, it's sturdy and small enough to comfortably hold in your hand and sprinkle with salt while cooking without worrying about it falling out of your hands. I also feel that the upper is comfortable and fits well, but not so tight that you practically have to rip it off. However, the color I would describe is more of a celadon than a blue. So far, so good. Looks like the photo. A little more than I expected, but it's on me. I measure the width maybe 1/16 inch wider than described from flat side to side, but that's not much. I've attached some visual comparison photos. A standard salt canister is located to the left of the salt shaker.
