Would give zero stars if it was an option. Two of them arrived and both were missing hardware to attach to the wall. The photos I posted show the second one arriving after the first one was found defective. Save yourself the hassle and buy something else or go to Lowe's instead.

I was concerned that other double towel rails I saw online weren't strong enough. It comfortably fits two bath towels, is durable, looks very attractive and there is no "twisting" or play in the rods. The product arrived well packaged. Was sent on time. Very happy with the deal.

Nice solid piece. However, the mounting bracket's measurement template is slightly off by 1/8 inch, which allows the bars to rotate freely and towels to fall off. Don't use a template. Instead, first install the rods on the mounting brackets and measure the actual length. required for mounts (can be anywhere from 23-3/4" to 23-7/8").

This is a really nice double towel rail which I bought in 'used' condition and saved a lot of money. I bought two of these for my daughter's townhouse and two for my own home. I think it makes sense that if you mount a towel rail on the wall it can also hold two towels instead of installing two separate towel rails that only hold one towel each. That's a great idea! Especially for my daughters small townhouse which is very compact with little storage and empty wall space. It sticks out at least
