This product is perfect for my washroom. It's a lot cheaper than hardware store towel rails, but it's also lighter. In general I am satisfied.

Good product and price but the set screw holding the ends of the wall bracket is so small that it is difficult for an elderly person to manipulate and tighten. I wish the set screws and hex wrench were 1 size bigger. But it works great. A good product.

Well made and perfect size. The rest of this line is of high quality. They are definitely high end and will replace the cheap crap added by my cookie cutter builder. For the individual, elegant look.

I needed a replacement towel rail quickly and found this product. It was easy to install (mainly because I had the tools) and looks great. The only downside I can find about it is that it doesn't seem strong enough to support the weight, so don't use it to support yourself (but I haven't tried it, so maybe it can ).

Love the design of the towel rail. It looks nice now that it's in place, but the included anchors are very difficult to score with. They have small wings that I couldn't build into the wall and instead bent the anchors. I went to Home Depot and bought a few different ones, they worked great and I got the job done. I would only recommend having them before receiving the package to save yourself some frustration.

Very nice towel rail. Looks great and was easy to put on. Definitely looks better than the old chunky one from the 90's that was there and kept falling off the wall. The touch is pleasant and strong. There is a small screw on the underside of each of the pieces that holds the rod in place and you will need to loosen it before attaching the pieces to the wall and then use a small wrench to tighten and push everything in while the small Screw snaps under the screw plate and helps hold everything…

It was a really great purchase! I live in New York and of course space isn't a concept I'm familiar with so I had to figure out a way to hang my towels outstretched so they can dry properly instead of on a hook. . I bought two and hung them in front of my door (the only space in my bathroom I had) and they fit perfectly as it was difficult to find a short towel rail that was larger than a towel rail but smaller than full size . one. Finally, I like it even more because I can still open the door

This item looks great and would make a good towel holder. (I also have a roller and it has the same problem!) The set screw that holds the stem together is VERY SMALL and cannot be reached unless you are a teenager. It's on the underside, smaller than a pinhead, and the tool they give you to tighten it is micro-mini and impossible to hold. So you're lying on the floor (in the bathroom) trying to tighten a set screw upside down with a tool you can't grab hold of and align grooves no one can see.
