I read the other reviews and knew they would be flimsy but god I underestimated them. They're thin as napkins. I don't know how this thin cotton pad can be used for what purpose. Amazing that such pads actually exist.

Ideal for skin care. They are thin so I wouldn't use them for anything else. I use 2-3 pads and put toner on them. THEY ARE SO SOFT OH MY GOD. Definitely 100% cotton. And I like the transparent container. Will buy again if needed

It looks more like thread than typical cotton swabs! That's fine for my purposes, but it's not what you would normally expect, so be aware! Not very absorbent, ultra thin! Surprisingly small box, very neatly packed with 1000 of these square threads!

Should get more of this for the price. I thought I was getting a huge amount but no. They are so thin that you should get an incredible amount for their cost. Haven't used them. Completely disappointed in the quantity when I received them

They are VERY VERY thin - you have to get used to using them. for things that only need a strong (albeit very thin) fiber. I got used to them (after using 1000) and now I prefer them. Just don't expect them to be fat.
