Failed to Keep Out Blue Light

After I put it to the test, I noticed no significant difference in eye strain or quality of sleep .On the plus side the glasses are comfortable to wear. Sadly, the supposed blue light blocking technology falls short of expectations. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective solution for reducing blue light exposure..

Pros
  • Effective in blocking harmful computer wavelengths
Cons
  • May cause eye fatigue due to limited light transmission
