This is a cute little dress! The fabric is thicker so I expect that although it was bought for a summer photoshoot she can wear it to go back to school (should they go?) in early fall. My daughter needed this uniform as part of a costume for a school wax museum project. It fit her very well. The hem fell just above her knees, just like we hoped. She is 54 inches tall and weighs 68 pounds. The sleeves fit well enough for daytime wear, but she reports that the sleeves don't give you the range of motion needed to fully extend your arms.
