This is a nice jacket but runs small. I bought size 7/8 for my granddaughter who is 7 almost 8 years old and was a bit tight without washing. She is 12 feet tall and weighs about 61 pounds. Luckily my grandson is 6 years old and will suit him for a while. The price was reasonable so I'll buy her another one but a size up.

This hoodie is great quality and super cute! Nice color! My 10 year old daughter loves it and as we live in Norway fleece is the staple of our winter wardrobe. My girl is quite tall and quite slim for a 10 year old (4ft 11" and about 90lbs), we bought her a size Large and she fits her perfectly with room to grow. If you have a princess/tomboy like me, highly recommend!

Our daughter is 6 years old and has a small stature but this hoodie is too small for her. We ordered a size 6 according to the size chart, but you'll probably be better off going up a size if your child is 5-6 years old. The material is very thin and almost as thick as a long-sleeved t-shirt, except that the inside is a very, very thin fleece material. recommended for flying weather in spring rather than autumn or winter.
