I have a hard time finding pants that fit my niece. She is 16 years old but she is 4ft 4in and plump. I don't want her to dress like a 9 year old so I always had to buy pants that were too long to fit around her hips. Pants are of excellent quality. It has an adjustable waist which is extra large for a 5T. Pants are not that tight. 6 inches at the hips and 4 at the ankles. My daughter is 5 years old and uses 5T which usually suits her better as she is a skinny girl. She is 43 inches tall and her hips are 22 inches. These pants were a rush for her.
